• Shaped the resident mobile app (React Native) in the same ecosystem; aligned admin vs resident tone of voice.

US MSP security console · DLP / passwords / web activity

• Raised product bets without final say: employee portal vs nagging extension, GitHub-style policy diff, what-if before push. Backed off idle-time-in-$ when the test was too expensive. Left when the job became screens without a loop.
• Shipped a Rules wizard after new MSP admins froze on an empty page. Rebuilt a developer-built console so the task structure changed, not just the look.

Large web product · UK client · social + marketplace

• Covered desktop and mobile web for a social + marketplace product.
• Prepared requirements and MUI design-system work for engineering.

Smart City · native iOS & Android SaaS

• Designed native iOS/Android modules; advocated shipping a narrow valuable slice first, then expanding after learning.
• Partner communication and product strategy; App Store and marketing assets with the marketing team.

Duvon, Axel · CRM, SaaS, web, mobile

• Early career at Duvon (one of two designers). Declined a premature Design Lead offer and chose a stronger product environment at UNIT.City.
• Axel / Letmesee: full redesign of a blockchain Instagram-like app for small communities. Built ~10 components; App Store screens for Axel Go under a same-day deadline replaced the previous set.
